Eli Humphrey, President/CEO Resicom, Inc.

Eli has a tenured history of being in construction and real estate development and has been in the industry for over 24 years. Beginning his career Mr. Humphrey gained exposure to new tract development, spec home builds and custom residential home building on beachfront property on the East Coast. Eli obtained his BA in Business Communications from ORU in Tulsa, OK, then went on to post graduate studies in finance at SDSU in San Diego, California where he planted roots with his family and career.

 In San Diego, Eli worked for a prominent commercial general contractor where he quickly rose in his career. The company grew to over 300 employees and he played a key role in project planning, supervision, management and operations. Some of Eli’s clients included CBRE, H.G. Fenton, Sudberry and various hotel groups including the iconic Hotel Del Coronado. In 2009 Mr. Humphrey opened Resicom Inc. and still maintains position as the license holder and CEO. His attention to detail, discipline and team building has led to his continued success.

As founder of the company, he has had an average volume of successfully delivering and overseeing over 100 projects annually. Eli has broad range and vast experience in projects ranging from complex modernization of existing structures and ground up construction in the following: public works, government work, single family, multi-family, hotel and medical, industrial, hospitality, and retail facilities. Eli has extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction, managing departments and teams, contract negotiation, construction management, bidding, planning and scheduling, and development of design. He directs all operations and oversees and manages his financial and legal team as well. Eli’s vision, drive and determination to stay abreast of market conditions and growth along with a passion for his industry promotes success amongst his peers and continues to position himself and his colleagues for both short term project specific and long-term industry success.
