Do I need permits for my project?
Most remodel projects need a permit, but there can be some exceptions, such as installing finish upgrades like crown molding, paint, or new carpet.
Can you provide me with buildable drawings?
Should it be required for the project, Resicom can provide you with a detailed set of drawings, which will include structural engineering. All clients will be provided with job timeline and projected budget.
Will you provide me a list of your past clients?

How long will my project take?
Every construction project is different, and the duration it takes to complete depends on various factors like the scope and size of the job. We will put together a construction schedule before construction begins, and then detail out every step of the project.
Can I make site visits to my project during construction?
We welcome our clients to visit your project during construction, but since construction sites have a lot of dangerous conditions, and we must comply with insurance requirements that don’t allow any unaccompanied visitation, a Resicom representative must be present for your safety.
Will someone be working on my project every day?
Communication between contractors and clients daily is essential to a smooth project. All project progress will be done based on the schedule, and if there are any delays or days off for our crew due to material orders, inspections, or scheduled work from specialty trades, it would be clearly communicated. that would be conveyed clearly.
What kind of warranty do you offer and is it in writing?
